Agreement to these terms

These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you and Kirk Morozoff (the "coach") for any coaching, mentoring or related services offered through kirkmorozoff.com and the Kmbody Reset Program. By booking a discovery call, enquiring about the program, or starting to work with me, you accept these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a call or proceed with the program. These terms apply in addition to any separate coaching agreement we may agree in writing for your specific engagement.

The services I provide

Kirk Morozoff provides transformational coaching, mentoring and supporting resources through the Kmbody Reset Program. This includes fortnightly one to one calls, between session support, educational resources, breathwork sessions and frameworks curated around your goals.

Coaching is a collaborative and forward looking process. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified health or mental health professional. I do not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health condition. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health concern, please also seek the support of an appropriately qualified professional.

Who the program is for

My services are intended for adults aged 16 and over. By booking a call or joining the program, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you are able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must also have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You also confirm that the information you share with me about yourself and your situation is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Your responsibilities

For coaching to work, your honest participation matters. As a client you agree to:

• Show up on time for your scheduled calls and come prepared to engage.
• Be open and honest with me about your situation, goals and any concerns that come up.
• Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions and results. Coaching is guidance and support, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
• Complete any between session work or reflections you have agreed to, understanding that your results depend largely on your own effort.
• Treat me with the same respect and courtesy you would expect in return, including in any messages or calls between sessions.

Fees and payment

The discovery call is free of charge. The full details, duration and price of the Kmbody Reset Program are confirmed during or after that call and set out in your coaching agreement before you commit to anything.

If a fee applies, payment is due as agreed in your coaching agreement. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non refundable once the program has begun, reflecting the time and commitment reserved for you.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled call, please give me at least 24 hours notice so we can find another time. Calls cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, or not attended at all, may be counted as a session used.

If I ever need to reschedule a session, I will give you as much notice as I reasonably can and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Refunds

Because the program requires a genuine commitment from both of us, fees are generally non refundable once work has begun. If you have a genuine concern about the service, please raise it with me directly and in good faith, and I will do my best to resolve it fairly. Any refunds that are agreed will be handled on a case by case basis.

Confidentiality

I treat everything you share with me as confidential. I will not disclose your personal information or the content of our sessions to third parties without your consent, except where I am required to by law, or where I have a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Please note that, with your consent, I may use anonymised or generalised insights from our work to refine my approach. I never use identifiable details or testimonials without your explicit permission.

Testimonials and content

Any testimonials, results or stories shared on the website or in my materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will experience the same. Coaching results depend on your own commitment, effort and circumstances.

All content on this site, including text, frameworks and resources, is owned by Kirk Morozoff and is provided for your personal use as part of the program. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute or resell it without my written permission.

Limitation of liability

Coaching is provided in good faith, but the results you experience depend on your own choices, effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirk Morozoff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the services or reliance on any information provided.

You take full responsibility for any decisions you make during or after coaching and for seeking appropriate professional advice where needed.

No guarantee of results

While I am committed to supporting you as fully as I can, I cannot guarantee any specific outcome from the program. Transformation depends on your own readiness, effort and circumstances, and progress is rarely linear. The program is designed to give you the tools, frameworks and support to make lasting change, but the work itself is yours to do.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time to keep them accurate and fair. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last reviewed. If I make material changes, I will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Your continued use of the services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes relating to these terms or the services will, where possible, be resolved informally first. If that is not possible, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
